She became a trusted guide throughout the selling and buying process...pretty much every piece of advice she gave, turned out to be right. Rachael was up bright and early each morning with new houses to see, we were the first people to look at the house we ended up buying. Rachael is both knowledgeable and fun to work with!

Without Rachael's active persistence, we never wouldn've found our home. It wasn't even on the market yet! Rachael understood that my husband and I had very specific requests, regarding the area of Charlotte in which we wanted to buy. She went out of her way for us, not just utlizing the information made available to agents on the Internet...but she made phone calls, sent emails, and used all personal and professional friends and contacts to find the perfect house for us. And once she found the home, she made sure that we won the deal. Home-buying is, hands-down, a very stressful time. But Rachael made sure that, at the end of the day, my husband and I got exactly what we wanted.

As first time home buyers and being new to Charlotte, finding the right relator was very important to us. We lucked out with Rachael!
